个人简介

研究兴趣:广义海量数据智能化提取信息的理论研究。当前的研究领域(不限于此):序列与结构分类、蛋白质结构预测与数学模型、蛋白质的序列-结构-功能关系、配体、肽链、以及RNA的绑定、蛋白-基因复杂网络的分析、开发分析临床数据的高级系统。长期目标:揭示生物大分子的序列、结构、功能之间的关系,解释不同的潜在疾病的机理。 教材 [1] 阮吉寿、张华 (译),沈世镒(审校)(原著:(美)Thomas M.
