本课题组的研究方向是跨膜信号传导相关重要蛋白的结构和功能研究，旨在利用冷冻电镜技术及X-射线晶体学方法解析目标蛋白的高分辨率三维结构，并结合生物化学、细胞生物学、荧光显微成像技术和电生理技术，深入研究细胞跨膜信号转导的分子机制，为相关疾病的治疗和药物的设计提供有效信息。
