个人简介

教授,博士研究生导师,环境科学与工程学院副院长,国家环境保护城市环境颗粒物污染防治重点实验室主任,国务院政府特贴专家。 主要从事大气污染成因与来源解析技术、大气污染防治技术等方面研究。主持编制了《防治城市扬尘污染技术规范》,《大气颗粒物来源解析技术指南》,《城市扬尘源排放清单编制技术指南》。出版专著两部,发表科研论文200余篇。主持完成国家和地方科研项目40余项,获得省部级科技进步二等奖5项。曾担任杭州G20峰会, 青岛上合峰会,武汉军运会,上海进博会等空气质量保障专家组成员。 科研项目 中国工程院咨询项目,天津市大气污染全产业链解析及精准防控战略研究,2019-2020,执行负责人 大气重污染成因与治理攻关项目,天津市跟踪项目,2017-2019,主持。 国家重点研发计划项目,大气污染多组分在线源解析集成技术,2016-2019,项目首席。 学术论著 《大气颗粒物来源解析原理技术及应用》,科学出版社,2012.5. 《Recent development of Receptor Model for Ambient Particulate Matter Source Apportionment》,科学出版社,2016.11. 荣誉与奖励 1.2009年获天津市科技进步二等奖; 2.2009年获杭州市科技进步一等奖; 3.2006年获中国环境科学学会青年科技奖; 4.2006年获河南省科技进步三等奖; 5.2005年获天津市科技进步二等奖; 6.2001年获天津市科技进步二等奖; 7.2001年获山东省科技进步三等奖; 8.2001年获河北省科技进步三等奖
