个人简介
1997年获南京理工大学物理化学专业硕士学位，2000年在获华东理工大学化学工程专业博士学位；2000年～2002年在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所从事博士后研究；其后在广东肇庆风华集团微纳米技术研究所任所长；2003年3月至今在桂林电子科技大学从事纳米光电材料及器件的研究，2005年7月受聘为电子科技大学博士生导师。
