个人简介

郝丽英,女,博士,教授,博士生导师,药物毒理教研室主任 现任药学院药物毒理学教研室主任。1998年日本鹿儿岛大学获博士(医学)学位,1998至2005年鹿儿岛大学医学部工作,2006年作为引进人才回国,获辽宁省高端引进人才项目资助、辽宁省“百千人才工程”百人层次、沈阳市“高层次人才”领军人才。 研究围绕细胞膜离子通道调节的分子机制,探讨心脑血管疾病的发病机制,并进行相应的药物研发和毒理学研究。研究技术:生物化学及分子生物学技术、细胞培养、动物模型制备、特色的直接记录细胞电活动的膜片钳制技术。研究内容:钙调蛋白和钙调蛋白激酶对细胞膜离子通道的调节机制;抗心律失常、抗心肌肥厚、抗抑郁症、抗阿尔兹海默病药物的研发;环境激素的毒性作用及机制。 承担课题(近五年) 1.辽宁省科技人才与自然科学基金,2020JH6/10500022,基于阻断钙调蛋白激酶Ⅱ与Cav1.2通道结合的心肌肥厚细胞Ca2+稳态调控及氧化应激损伤修复的新机制,2020-03-04至2021-03-31,100万元,主持; 2.中国医科大学新冠肺炎疫情防控相关科研攻关项目,07,黄芪甲苷靶向新冠病毒结合蛋白ACE2对抗肺炎心肌损伤的作用及应用,2020-04-01至2021-03-31,10万元,主持; 3.医学电生理学重点实验室开放基金(重点项目),xtcx2019-11,新型多肽Athycaltide-1阻断钙调蛋白激酶与Cav1.2通道结合改善心肌肥厚细胞氧化应激损伤的作用及机制,2020-01-01至2023-12-31,15万元,主持; 4.国家自然科学基金(面上项目),21677030,环境激素壬基酚以GPR30受体部分激动剂方式通过Ca2+信号途径干扰雌激素心肌保护作用的研究,2017-01至2020-12,66万,参与; 5.医学电生理学教育部重点实验室开放基金,No201601,CaMKII介导的Cav1.2通道磷酸化在病理性心肌肥厚中的作用及药物治疗推测,2017-01至2018-12,5万元,主持; 6.国家自然科学基金(面上项目),31471091,Calmodulin的N环和C环与心肌CaV1.2钙通道的多个结合位点交互作用介导其Ca+依赖性失活的机制研究,2015/01-2018/12,86万元,主持。 专利(近五年) 1. 郝丽英;胡慧媛;雷帅;周诗;多肽的用途,2018-8-1,中国,201810863713.9 2. 郝丽英;李菁媛;李卓;康泽;王思奇;一类多肽药物Athycaltide及其用途, 2017-12-25,中国,201711418314.3 所获荣誉 辽宁省十百千高端引进人才工程百人层次、2008年日本生理学会入泽纪念JPS优秀论文奖、2008年辽宁省科技进步二等奖第一获奖人、2017—2018中国医科大学“三八红旗团队”。 科研奖励(近五年) 1.
