个人简介
1978年出生于浙江省温州市。现为浙江大学经济学院教授、博士生导师，比利时鲁汶大学经济学博士。英国剑桥大学和诺丁汉大学访问学者。曾任杭州市下城区区长助理（挂职）。主持国家自然科学基金项目、浙江省自然科学基金项目、浙江省社会科学项目、教育部重点研究基地重大项目等科研项目，作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金、教育部重点研究基地重点项目、英国ESRC基金等项目，在Journal of International Economics, Regional Science and Urban Economics 等国内外期刊发表论文二十多篇。

实验室介绍
浙江大学民营经济研究中心（英文名：Center for Research of Private Economy,Zhejiang University；简称：CRPE）是在国家教育部的关心和支持下，于2002年由浙江大学批准建立的我国高校首家以民营经济问题为研究重点的学术与政策研究机构。2004年，CRPE成为国家教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地（民营经济方向唯一）和“中国民营经济研究”国家哲学社会科学创新基地（I类）。
