个人简介

祝金龙,2017年起担任中国人民大学商学院组织与人力资源系讲师,2020年起担任副教授。获得新加坡国立大学商学院管理学博士学位、上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院应用心理学硕士学位和武汉大学经济与管理学院人力资源管理学士学位。研究兴趣主要包括领导理论、创新创业和动态研究方法。祝博士的研究侧重于从动态的视角来解析组织中的现象和拓展现有理论,研究论文发表于Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Management、Journal of Organizational Behavior、Academy of Management Learning and Education等期刊。祝博士的研究成果获得中国人民大学优秀科研成果奖和中国人民大学商学院优秀教学研究奖,有三篇论文入选美国管理学会年会最佳论文集。
