研究领域

光伏行业的快速发展衍生出了多个新兴行业,在此背景下进行了一些相关工作的研究。包括多晶硅的生长行为研究;电子束熔炼在多晶硅提纯技术上的应用; 多晶硅电池片的植绒工艺研究; 太阳能电站电池板表面清洁度对发电效率的影响。 多晶硅铸锭设备中热场材料的研究:随着多晶硅太阳能电池的广泛应用,多晶硅制备相关的铸锭设备材料也得到了高度的重视。多晶硅铸锭设备中热场材料多用高纯度C/C复合材料。研究了低密度C/C复合材料的涂层防护手段及C/C复合材料的相关性能改进,延长热场材料的服役时间,改进热场材料使用过程中存在的问题。 冶金硅的提纯和应用相关技术研究,涉及到的提纯方法主要包括合金精炼技术,造渣精炼技术,定向提纯技术,真空冶炼技术等,主要针对冶金硅中的不同杂质选用不同技术路线去除。其中,申请人对合金精炼提纯技术进行了深入的研究,为合金精炼技术的实际应用提供了一定的理论支撑和技术指导。
