个人简介
研究员,博士,硕士生导师。 1989年获南开大学与日本东京工业大学联合培养博士。先后在南开大学,德国爱尔兰跟大学(Erlangen University), 比利时天主教鲁汶大学(Catholic University of Leuven), 美国犹他大学( Utah University)等高校工作。于1998年进入美国联合太阳能公司(United Solar Ovonic LLC)工作,历任研究员、资深研究员、研发部主任、先进技术部总监等职。领导团队创造多项薄膜硅太阳电池及组件效率的世界记录。参与和领导多项美国能源部,国防部等资助的研发项目。领导开发用于地面及近空间(高空无人机和平流层飞艇)的轻型柔性太阳电池产品。在国际太阳能光伏产业及学术界均具有较强影响力,发表180多篇学术论文,被引用次数超过2000次,在国际学术会议上做特邀报告12次,拥有著作章节3部,先后参与和领导组织了10次国际会议,担任Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells董事会成员。2017年5月加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所。
