个人简介

1986年、1989年吉林大学先后获学士与硕士学位,1992年南京大学获博士学位并留校任教。曾在香港中文大学和英国诺丁汉大学做访问学者。2010年获国家杰出青年基金资助。主要从事功能配位化学研究,研究内容聚焦于金属-有机限域空间的可控组装、仿生识别与不对称催化等。提出的利用构建富含酰胺基团的金属-有机笼状结构的组装策略,广泛用于多种拟酶体系的可控合成与功能强化;利用非手性单元组装的催化材料被Chem. Rev.评价为MOFs不对称催化的重要进展之一(Milestones)。同时,将染料分子组装金属-有机超分子体系的思路,应用于新型能源材料的拓展与研制。近年来,承担国家自然科学基金委员会重大、重点项目和国际合作重点项目以及科技部“973”子课题项目。在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nature Commun.等国际高水平刊物上发表SCI论文200余篇,论文被他引11000余次。获得国家自然科学二等奖 1 项,省部级一等奖 4 项。

研究领域

1. 光功能金属-有机超分子的构建和电子转移过程控制 可见光激发下的电子转移过程控制和光生电子-空穴的有效分离是影响和控制光化学过程的关键。传统的分子内和分子间过程面临光致电子输运增速和电子-空穴电荷分离态的稳定的相互影响和制约。通过笼状和环状超分子体系特殊的结构限域,利用染料耦合和染料包合等方式实现光功能金属-有机限域体系的可控组装,结合限域空间对其他电子转移和能量传递过程的屏蔽,建立高效高选择性的光诱导准分子内电子转移,提升光驱动电子转移的速率和电荷分离的效率。 2. 金属-有机手性结构的精准合成与不对称催化反应的结构匹配 不对称催化技术是制备以手性药物为代表的精细化工中间体的主要方法,对于多手性中心化合物,要求催化剂能同时与底物基团的多个原子相互作用形成具有合适立体构型的稳定过渡态,需要多个手性中心和高位阻的复杂手性催化剂和贵金属化合物协同催化。利用超分子限域体系的结构匹配,控制手性模板剂与构筑单元间的弱相互作用方式,建立利用潜手性配体和金属中心组装手性金属-有机限域结构的平台方法。通过限域空间对底物结构的限制和手性催化中心协同,提升不对称催化的效率和立体选择性,为发展多手性中心不对称合成的非均相催化技术,实现手性催化材料和助剂的快速方便分离与回收提供新的研究思路。 3. 多功能金属-有机限域结构的可控组装与串联反应的动力学协同 多个独立催化反应的协同是由基础化工原料通过多步化学反应形成精细化工中间体等的重要课题。独立催化活性中心在复合材料中的结构耦合,独立催化反应间的动力学速率匹配以及不同亲/疏水性物种的在反应体系中的快速扩散控制在实现多步串联反应的高效协同与转化过程中至关重要。发挥金属-有机限域体系结构可控的优势,将二氧化碳吸附与环氧烷烃催化活化位点耦合于金属-有机限域空间内部。通过二氧化碳吸附、烯烃氧化、立体选择性催化等活性位点的结构匹配和反应中间体的共用,利用二氧化碳和烯烃等基础化工原料“一锅法”制备高附加值手性碳酸酯。
