个人简介

杨轶,清华大学集成电路学院长聘副教授、博士生导师。2001年本科毕业于复旦大学电子工程系,2006年获清华大学博士学位。曾任清华大学微纳电子系/微电子所研究生工作组组长,现任清华大学集成电路学院党委副书记。长期致力于智能微纳器件与系统的研究,在二维纳电子器件、纳米声学器件、集成谐振器件、柔性电子器件及其应用系统等方面取得多项重要创新性成果。承担国家重大科技专项、国家重点研发计划、国家公益性行业科技专项、973课题、863课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目和省部级科研项目等10余项。在Nature Communications、ACS Nano、Nano-Micro Letters、Science Advances、Small Method、Nanoscale、IEDM等国际著名学术期刊和会议发表论文150余篇,获授权发明专利20余项。获中国电子学会自然科学一等奖、江苏省科学技术三等奖、中国电子学会优秀科技工作者称号等荣誉。近年来担任国际学术会议IEDM、EDTM、ICSICT技术委员会委员,学术期刊Sensors、Frontiers、Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering编委,中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会理事和IEEE电子器件学会北京分会主席等学术任职。

研究领域

长期致力于智能微纳器件与系统的研究,在二维纳电子器件、纳米声学器件、集成谐振器件、柔性电子器件及其应用系统等方面取得多项重要创新性成果。
