个人简介: 李德海,工学博士,副教授(七级),硕士生导师。森林资源利用系副主任,黑龙江省天然产物工程学会理事。哈尔滨工业大学获得工学博士学位,于2003年在东北林业大学林学院工作。主持课题9项,其中黑龙江省自然科学基金面上项目1项,哈尔滨市科技创新项目1项,中央高校项目3项,横向课题2项,教学项目2项。发表论文50余篇,其中SCI论文5篇,EI论文6篇。出版著作11部,其中主著1部,主编教材3部,副主编3部。获得黑龙江省自然科学技术学术成果奖三等奖1项,参与获得省市科技进步三等奖6项。主讲《食品化学》、《植物精深产品加工》、《现代食品工程高新技术》和《食品加工新技术》等专业(学科)课程。截止目前指导硕士12人。 Personal profile: Li Dehai is an Associate Professor (Grade 7) who is Ph.D. of Engineering and Master Tutor. He is deputy Director in theDepartment of Forest Resources Utilization. He also is a director of the Natural Products Engineering Societyin Heilongjiang Province. His research work has focused on food chemistry and analysis, functional research of plantingredients with an emphasis on plant protein and plant polysaccharide,and product development and utilization. Hereceived a Ph.D. in Food Science from Harbin Institute of Technology,and he has been on the faculty in Forest School of Northeast Forestry University sinceJuly of 2003.He has hosted 9 research projects, including Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province 1, science and technology innovation project of Harbin 1, projects of Central Universities 3, projects of horizontal subjects 2, and teaching projects 2. He has published more than 50 papers, including 5 SCI papers and 6 EI papers. He wrote 11 books, including 1 master, 3 editorial textbooks and 3 associate editorial editors. Hereceived the Heilongjiang Natural Science and Technology Academic Achievement Award, and the provincial and municipal scientific and technological progressaward. He has primary responsibility for four courses: Food Chemistry, Deep Processing onPlant Product, Modern Food Engineering High-technology, and New Technology for Food Processing. Up to now, he instructed 12 master students.

主要研究方向为食品化学与分析、植物蛋白与植物多糖功能性研究及开发利用。
