Name: Annette Vernon Modules: English for Specific Academic Purposes Profile: Annette is an English for Academic Purposes instructor. She is originally from New York State in the US and completed a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany. She went on the receive her Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Aberdeen where she earned distinction. Before coming to Beijing University of Technology, she taught English at a small college in Guangdong province.
