生殖内分泌疾病防治新策略、多囊卵巢综合征流行病学与发病机制,配子发生与胚胎发育的遗传学与表观遗传学调控机理、胚胎植入前遗传学诊断、辅助生殖技术安全性评估与新方法的建立生殖内分泌疾病防治新策略、多囊卵巢综合征流行病学与发病机制,配子发生与胚胎发育的遗传学与表观遗传学调控机理、胚胎植入前遗传学诊断、辅助生殖技术安全性评估与新方法的建立。 长期从事不孕症相关疾病的发病机制及诊治策略的研究,主持完成女性最常见的内分泌疾病多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)全国性首次流行病学调查,从代谢学、遗传学等角度揭示PCOS的病理机制,并利用动物模型来阐述其发病机制;研究组进一步系统研究了人类配子以及早期胚胎发育的分子机制,为临床上疑难病例尤其是卵母细胞成熟障碍和胚胎发育阻滞的患者诊疗提供依据;研究组注重将基础研究成果向临床转化,不仅提高不孕症患者的治疗成功率,还将建立的卵/卵巢组织冷冻移植技术应用于肿瘤患者的生育力保存,成功将单细胞测序技术应用于胚胎遗传疾病的诊断并在临床上已帮助多例患者获得健康后代。作为第一或通讯作者发表论文百余篇,包括Nature, Lancet及Cell等。目前担任中华医学会生殖医学分会主任委员,北京医学会生殖医学分会主任委员。
