研究领域

生物钟是指生物生命活动的内在节律性,对于生物有效适应地球环境具有重要意义。生物钟几乎存在于所有生物体内,并通过生化反应、细胞、发育和行为等层面表现出来。生物钟基因突变会引发不同的人类疾病,例如睡眠障碍、情绪低落、代谢综合症以及癌症等。脉孢菌作为简单的真核生物,易于进行遗传操作,是研究生物钟的最佳模式生物之一。由于脉孢菌生物钟运行机制与高等哺乳动物相似,对脉孢菌生物钟的研究将促进我们对生物钟运行机制的理解
