个人简介

1984.6年兰州大学学士,1990年兰州大学硕士,2001年浙江大学博士。1984年-1998年先后任职于宁夏医学院、宁夏生物技术研究所、河南师范大学、郑州粮食学院;2001年—2018年任职于南京师范大学金陵女子学院,并历任金陵烘焙研究与培训中心主任、食品科学与营养系主任、金陵女子学院副院长,(2011.6-2011.12 在日本东北大学食品与生物机能实验室进行访问学者);2019年起任职于南京师范大学食品与制药工程学院

研究领域

主要从事食品化学与食品安全控制技术研究:(1)特色食用植物中生物活性物质的功能评价及营养素传递体系研究;(2)以纳米技术、生物技术为依托的食品安全检测技术研究
