个人简介

2012.9本科毕业于河南师范大学生命科学学院,2018.12博士毕业于江南大学食品学院(硕博连读)。导师为张慜教授(江南大学)/ 张卫明研究员(南京野生植物综合利用研究院 院长),并与Benu Adhikari教授(RMIT university Australia)联合培养。2019.4-至今 在南京师范大学食品与制药工程学院工作。博士阶段研究方向为农产品加工与贮藏、果蔬高效高品质加工。
