个人简介

1999年毕业于河北大学生物系生物学专业,获学士学位;2002年毕业于河北大学生命科学学院水生生物学专业,获硕士学位,并留校工作至今;2005年毕业于中科院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业,获博士学位。

研究领域

1. 免疫学研究:以家蝇和对虾为实验材料研究动物先天免疫应答过程,包括免疫识别、免疫信号的调理和转导、转录激活及效应分子合成等几个方面 2. 抗逆研究:以家蝇为模式生物,研究机体对环境变化适应的分子机制,重点关注线粒体在生物适应中的作用 3. 家蝇转化体系:利用Piggybac转座子和CRISPR等对家蝇进行基因编辑,目的是建立高效的家蝇转化体系,以进行基因功能研究和新型生物反应器的研发
