1.抗生素类物质的研究与开发,以植物病原真菌为模型筛选具有抗真菌、抗肿瘤活性的微生物及其代谢产物,包括功能微生物的分离筛选、活性产物的分离纯化、结构鉴定、功能研究和应用途径,开发出可用于高效控制植物真菌病害的生物农药、以及有望开发成为抑制肿瘤细胞的抗癌药物 2.植物免疫诱导增强抗病性的方法及其机理,探讨提高植物抗病能力的免疫诱导途径及其分子机理
