研究领域

主要研究内皮源性一氧化氮(Endothelium-derived Nitric Oxide)、内皮源性收缩因子(Endothelium-derived contracting factor)及内皮源性超极化因子(Endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor)对血管平滑肌舒缩的调控；研究高血压、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化等疾病中出现的血管内皮细胞功能障碍，探求防治血管内皮功能障碍的药物和靶点；研究血管内皮细胞衰老(Endothelial senescence)、线粒体功能障碍(Endothelial mitochondrial dysfunction)的分子机制；具有心血管活性的药物、天然产物的活性筛选及药效学研究。
