研究领域

1)生物传感器 (Biosensors):基于纳米材料和生物技术,用于复杂样品中目标分子检测的高效生物传感新机理和新方法的研究。探索这些新方法在重大疾病早期诊断、致病菌和病原体检测,环境毒素检测,食品污染物以及重要生理过程研究中的应用。 2)生物识别分子(核酸适配体)的快速高通量筛选技术(Rapid directed evolution):探索从随机合成分子库中,筛选具有某种特定功能的分子的新技术。特别是探索筛选具有催化性能、抑制性能或者构相变化的核酸分子的新方法。研究所筛选出功能分子在疾病治疗、制药、疾病诊断、环境监测等重大领域的应用。
