个人简介

张亦飞,男,1965年生,工学博士。中国科学院过程工程研究所研究员,博士生导师,研究方向为复杂资源利用先进技术,课题组长。1985年获江西工业大学学士学位,1990年获清华大学硕士学位,2003年获中国科学院过程工程研究所博士学位。2006年至今在中国科学院过程工程研究所工作。重点针对有色金属冶金工业的资源利用率低、能耗高和污染重的资源环境瓶颈问题,以工业化应用为目标,通过基础研究开拓原创性新工业技术。应用结晶学、冶金物理化学、反应工程、分离工程、多相流体力学与数值计算的原理与方法研究复杂低品位有色金属矿产资源及其工业废水废渣等二次资源高效综合利用的新过程与关键技术。当前的研究任务有:处理低品位铝土矿与拜尔法赤泥的低压水化学法氧化铝清洁生产技术、高硫铝土矿的拜尔法氧化铝生产技术、烧结法的预碳化-结晶生产冶金级砂状氧化铝技术;硼镁铁矿资源高效清洁提取技术;有色金属冶炼工业重金属酸性废水与废渣等的多金属经济回收与水循环利用技术等。 曾承担国家973、863、水重大专项、科技支撑及自然科学基金等项目的研究。现负责国家863主题项目课题、中国科学院重点方向性课题、国家自然科学基金项目和多个企业技术合作开发项目。申请国家发明专利17项,授权9项。
