个人简介

郭玉劲，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。2000--2003年,师从于华中师范大学邓引斌教授，获得硕士学位(数学)；2003--2007年，师从于加拿大皇家科学院院士、加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学NassifGhoussoub教授，获得博士学位(数学)；2007--2011年，任美国明尼苏达大学DunhamJackson助理教授；2011--2012年，任加拿大康科迪亚大学LTA助理教授；2012年8月全职回国，工作于中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所。先后在微机电系统（MEMS）中的偏微分方程、电磁学中的涡旋问题、玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚（BEC）中的泛函问题等领域做出过一系列有意义的科研成果。出版一部英文研究专著“美国Courant研究所讲义系列之二十”，并在Comm.PureAppl.Math.以及Proc.RoyalSoc.LondonSer.A、PoincaréAnal.NonLinéaire等国际期刊上发表二十余篇学术论文。美国数学会网络系统MathSciNet.org显示（截至2016年4月），学术论文已被Arch.RationalMech.Anal.、Comm.Math.Phys,Adv.inMath.等国际期刊引用的总次数达到420余次(其中论文单篇最高被引85次)。应邀为J.Funct.Anal.、Proc.RoyalSoc.LondonSer.A以及SIAMJ.Math.Anal.等二十多个国际期刊审稿。

研究领域

量子多体(物理)系统中的各类变分问题、微机电系统（MEMS）及其它各种物理现象中的偏微分方程问题。
