个人简介

杨运煌男，博士，研究员，2005年于中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所获博士学位。2005年4月至2009年2月在美国SchoolofMedicine,WayneStateUniversity从事博士后工作。2009年3月至2014年12月在MiamiUniversity,NortheastStructuralGenomics(NESG)consortium从事高级研究学者工作。2014年12月任中科院武汉物理与数学研究所研究员。长期从事基于基因组学的生物大分子溶液结构，动力学和功能研究，发表论文30余篇,其中第一作者论文11篇。

研究领域

(1)应用磁共振波谱(NMR)和其它生物物理技术，发展生物大分子复合物（RNA/DNA/protein-proteincomplex)的结构和动力学研究的新方法 (2)基于基因组学的生物大分子结构和功能研究 (3)与癌症相关(HumanCancerPathwayProteinInteractionNetwork,HCPIN)的蛋白质结构和功能研究
