个人简历 1987.9-1991.7，武汉大学生物系，微生物学专业，获学士学位； 1991.9-1996.12，中国科学院上海植物生理研究所，微生物学专业，获博士学位； 1997.1-1999.12，PublicHealthResearchInstitute,NewYork,USA；博士后； 2000.1-2004.8，PublicHealthResearchInstitute,NewYork,USA；研究助理； 2004.9-至今，云南大学生命科学学院微生物研究所；研究员

研究领域

主要从事细菌抗药机制及微生物活性天然产物生物合成研究。 1．细菌抗药机制：为了应对日益严重的细菌抗药性问题，对细菌应激反应和抗药机制进行了研究。发现了一些功能未知的新基因参与了细菌的应激反应并在逆境下对细菌具有保护作用，揭示了其中部分关键基因的作用机制及其与细菌对药物敏感性的关系。对细菌抗药机制的研究一方面可以使我们进一步了解细菌与外界环境的相互作用，另一方面也为我们促进现有药物药效、减缓细菌抗药性的产生提供新的思路。 2.微生物活性天然产物生物合成：开展了放线菌次生代谢产物功能基因组的研究，对具有自主知识产权的新型抗肿瘤化合物自溶霉素和新型农药新磷氮霉素A的生物合成途径中关键基因的功能进行了研究，并对其生物合成进行了基因工程改良，为进一步研发奠定了基础。
