教育工作背景： 1998.9—2002.7：太原理工大学，工学学士，测绘工程专业； 2002.9—2005.4：北京交通大学，工学硕士，摄影测量与遥感专业； 2005.6—2008.8：中国科学院遥感应用研究所和中国科学院对地观测与数字地球科学中心联合培养，理学博士，地图学与地理信息系统专业； 2009.11至今，电子科技大学自动化学院，在职博士后。科研成果：（1）中央高校基本科研项目（ZYGX2009J073）：经费数7万；起止日期为2009.12—2011.12；已完成；（2）国家自然科学青年基金项目（41001221）：经费数18万；起止日期为2011.01—2013.12；在研；（3）中国博士后基金二等资助项目（2011M501400）：经费数3万；起止日期为2012.01—2012.12；在研；（4）中国科学院数字地球重点实验室资助项目（2011LDE016）：经费数3万；起止日期为2012.01-2012.12；在研。荣誉奖励：已获得软件著作权1项（系合作申请人），软件专利2项（皆系合作申请人）备注：黄方为多个国际期刊、专著、会议评审人。国际期刊包括：IJGIS（InternationalJournalofGeographicalInformationScience）、FrontiersofComputerScienceinChina、JDCTA(InternationalJournalofDigitalContentTechnologyanditsApplications)、IJACT(InternationalJournalofAdvancementsinComputingTechnology)；国际专著包括：网格服务质量(QoS)专著“QuantitativeQualityofServiceforGridComputing:ApplicationsforHeterogeneity,Large-ScaleDistributionandDynamicEnvironments”（USA:IGIGlobal）、国际先进空间信息科学专著“AdvancedGeoinformationScience”(USA:CRCPress) 国际会议有：2011年为国际高性能计算技术会议3PGCIC(FifthInternationalconferenceonP2P,Parallel,Grid,CloudandInternetComputing)、ICICT2012(2012InternationalConferenceonInformation,ComputingandTelecommunications)。此外，自2009起还担任JDCTA和IJACT的技术编辑(TechnicalEditor)。
