个人简介

贾乐,博士,教授,博士生导师,教授委员会委员。全国食用菌品种认定委员会委员,山东省农业专家顾问团食用菌分团成员,山东省食用菌产业体系岗位专家,山东微生物学会常务理事,山东省农作物品种审定委员会食用菌及中草药专业组委员,山东省食用菌学会副秘书长,泰安市食用菌协会副理事长。近年来主持科技部对发展中国家科技援助专项、国家科技支撑计划课题、山东省食用菌产业体系创新团队项目等多项课题,曾获省、市多项奖励,编著教材3部。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文130余篇,其中SCI论文80篇。 教学工作 承担本科生《普通微生物学A》、《普通微生物学B》、《微生物生理学》、《微生物学实验技术》、《食用菌生产技术》;研究生《现代微生物学实验技术》、《菌物学》等课程的教学工作。

研究方向 1.食药用真菌学:多糖构效与量效关系、微量元素富集与转化、非特异性免疫增强剂、菌种选育、食药用真菌多样性等。 2.环境微生物学:重金属富集和生物降解生理机制、废弃物循环利用、环境生物治理等。
