1、催化剂工程。包括催化剂制备过程机制和工程,催化剂的微-介观结构,催化剂作用下的催化 反应工程。 2、聚合物工程。包括新型聚合物的制备、高分子改性反应与方法(如PE、PVC、PS、PP,天然纤 维素的物理-化学改性,提高其性能)、高分子材料的微-介观结构,聚合反应工程、高粘聚合体系 的脱挥等。 3、工业化学反应器工程。实验室研究成果最终需要转化为实际生产应用,产生社会、经济效益。 实验室研究所用的反应器尺寸很小,有的甚至是微型的。在实验室反应器中,过程传递等现象对 反应结果的影响很小,甚至可以忽略。但在工业反应器中,物质的传递等工程放大因素往往非常 明显,对反应结果往往带来不可忽视的影响。包括针对多样化的化学反应类型,研究反应器原理 及其传递特性,研究新型的工业化学反应器,选择、优化、放大工业化学反应器等。如极快速反 应工程与反应器、高粘体系反应工程与反应器、固相反应体系工程与反应器。 4、水处理与利用。包括各种工业废水、生活污水、海水淡化等与纯净水获得的相关处理方法和工 程、处理过程的材料制备及其结构与性能、热力学和动力学问题等。 5、CO2化学与工程,包括CO2的吸收、捕集、物理-化学利用等。 6、计算化学工程。化学工程除实验研究外,计算研究是重要方法和手段,采用CFD方法研究各类 反应器内不同物系的流动传递特征。采用分子模拟方法,研究反应的特征。采用过程模拟方法研 究过程特征。
