个人简介

刘丽君，女，博士，教授。2003年毕业于山东师范大学，获得学士学位；2008年毕业于中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所，获得植物学博士学位；2008至2015年先后在美国加州大学戴维斯分校和美国农业部林务局从事博士后研究；2015年入选中国农业科学院"青年英才"A类；2015年10月至今在山东农业大学林学院任教。以第一作者或通讯作者在PlantCell、BMCGenomics、NewPhytologist、PlantJournal等SCI杂志发表多篇学术论文。到目前为止，关于光周期调控开花时间的PlantCell研究论文引用量已超过250次；关于杨树次生生长转录调控的NewPhytologist研究论文被评为“NewPhytologistEditor’sChoiceJanuary2015”论文

研究领域

以杨树为研究材料深入解析林木次生生长的调控网络。 1.次生生长转录调控的表观遗传调控机理：综合利用遗传学、分子生物学、基因组学(ChIP-seq、RNA-seq等)及生物信息学等方法系统分析次生生长过程中表观遗传修饰的动态变化及其与基因转录水平的相关性。 2.形成层干细胞的维持和分化，韧皮部-木质部的分化平衡
