Zhenjie Zhang
Professor
Introduction :
The Zhang group is currently focusing on developing new crystalline functional materials (e.g., COFs, MOFs, MOPs, organic crystals) for value-added product purification (e.g., light hydrocarbon separation), membrane fabrication as well as fabricating smart responsive materials for actuators, robots, etc. A total of 180 papers were published. In the past five years, 90 papers published as communication authors: Nat. Chem. (1), Nat. Sustain. (1), Nat. Rev. Chem. (1), Nat. Protoc. (2), Chem (3), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (13), Angew. Chem. Int Ed. (24), Nat. Commun.(4), ACS Cent. Sci. (2), ACS Catal. (2), J. Mater. Chem. A (3), ACS Mater. Lett. (5), Acc. Chem. Res. (1), Chem. Soc. Rev. (1), Coord. Chem. Rev. (3) etc. The paper was cited by scientists in more than 65 countries (>5000 times) and 11 papers were selected for highly cited papers. He has received the Young Investigator Award from the American Chemical Society's Inorganic Chemistry Division, CSJ Distinguished Lectureship Award, JingQing Young Investigator Award and the National Outstanding Self-financed International Student Scholarship. He was the Editorial Advisory Board member of Crystal Growth&Design, Chinese Chemical Letters and Smart Molecules.
