Junyi Zhai    Professor, Doctoral Supervisor   
Introduction ： Junyi Zhai, male, obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Tsinghua University in July 2001 and his Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University in July 2004. He then pursued further studies in the United States and obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech in February 2009. In April 2009, Dr. Zhai was awarded the Director's Postdoctoral Fellowship and conducted postdoctoral research at the Nanoscience Center of Los Alamos National Laboratory. His research mainly focuses on the preparation of piezoelectric, ferroelectric, and flexoelectric semiconductor materials, growth and characterization of epitaxial functional oxides, and the design and application of novel multifunctional electronic and optoelectronic devices, etc. To date, he has published over 150 research papers in well-known scientific journals such as Chemical Reviews, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Matter, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, and Applied Physics Letters, with over 11,000 citations and a h-index of 55. He has been granted 10 national invention patents and has given 18 presentations at major international conferences. Prof. Zhai has also been the principal investigator for major projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and the National Laboratory Basic Research Project.

Aifang Yu    Associate Professor, Master Supervisor   
Introduction ： Aifang Yu received her Ph.D. degree in Science from the Institute of Physical and Chemical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2007. She then joined the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology as a postdoctoral researcher in the same year, where her research focused on low-voltage organic field-effect transistors. From November 2009 to July 2013, she worked at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, conducting research on nanogenerators based on ZnO nanowires and self-powered nanosystems. Since August 2013, she has been a Associate Researcher at the Beijing institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, with research interests in the application of nanogenerators in self-powered sensors. She has published more than 45 research papers in SCI journals such as Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Science Bulletin, Nano Energy, and ACS Nano, with over 3000 citations, and her h-index is 31.

Di Guo    Associate Professor, Master Supervisor   
Introduction ： Dr. Di Guo is currently an associate professor at the Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests mainly revolve around novel multifunctional electronics and optoelectronics devices, focusing on interface engineering by piezoelectric, flexoelectric and ferroelectric polarizations in semiconductor devices, aiming to delve intensively into the interface science of force-electric-optical multi-field coupling, and develop innovative high-performance semiconductor devices and micro/nano-electromechanical systems.
