The development of novel anti-tumor drugs

The reserch of bone-related disease drugs

The reserch of biological activity-oriented heterocyclic methodological

Our group has made some progress in the construction of heterocyclic compound libraries, the discovery of lead compounds and the development of drug candidates. We have built a series of compound libraries like structural diversity-based compound library, anti-tumor target-based compound library, activity-based natural compound library, etc. On this basis, we have found some novel anti-tumor lead compounds, anti-osteoporosis lead compounds and antibacterial lead compounds, such as PI3K/Tubulin dual inhibitors, DNA TopII/Tubulin dual inhibitors, etc. Currently, two molecularly targeted anti-tumor 1 new drug candidates have entered the phase I clinical study.
