Jian Huo joined Li lab as a M.S from FuJian Medical University in 2023, and he was the first student to join Li Lab. He specializes in in-vivo optical fiber calcium signaling recording, EEG/EMG recordings, chemogenetics and optogenetics. His research is focused on the analysis of neural circuits in chronic pain and sleep disorders. In addition, he is also interested in finding and manipulating engram cell and intestinal flora.
