China Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CEI) is one of the first national research institutes to undergo institutional transformation. Its predecessor, the Guangzhou Electric Apparatus Research Institute under the First Ministry of Machinery Industry, was founded in 1958. Shenzhen Academy of Metrology & Quality Inspection

The Shenzhen Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection is a statutory metrology verification and product quality inspection institution established by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government and authorized by the State Administration for Market Regulation. It operates under the Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation and is one of the most influential comprehensive quality technology service providers in China.
