Our main research focus is on integrating chemobiology approaches with multi-omics technologies to develop novel methods and applying them in molecular toxicology research, which includes:

  1. Establishing a chemical proteomics method to investigate the target proteins of emerging pollutants, thereby elucidating their mechanisms of action.
  2. Developing an epitranscriptomics method, the tagSeq strategy, to study atypical RNA capping modifications, such as dpCoA and NAD+, with the aim of understanding how emerging pollutants regulate RNA capping modifications.
