Our main research focus is on integrating chemobiology approaches with multi-omics technologies to develop novel methods and applying them in molecular toxicology research, which includes:
- Establishing a chemical proteomics method to investigate the target proteins of emerging pollutants, thereby elucidating their mechanisms of action.
- Developing an epitranscriptomics method, the tagSeq strategy, to study atypical RNA capping modifications, such as dpCoA and NAD+, with the aim of understanding how emerging pollutants regulate RNA capping modifications.
