1. Our research interest centers on the rational design and precision engineering of biofunctional supramolecular architectures through precise self-assembly, with a focus on elucidating structure-activity relationships (SARs) to advance applications in immunotherapy and catalytic medicine. Leveraging information-rich structural elements—including glycolipids, lipopeptides, and glycopeptides—we engineer modular systems that integrate programmable molecular recognition, dynamic responsiveness, and chiral control. A cornerstone of our work is exploiting chirality as a critical design parameter to modulate biological interactions, from immune cell engagement to enantioselective catalysis.
