Doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral co-supervisor, director of the Internet of Things Engineering Department, senior programmer. Currently teaching at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang A&F University, engaged in research and promotion of pattern recognition and agricultural and forestry informatization. For many years, he has been in charge of the design of agricultural and forestry information systems and has rich experience in MIS system design and development. More than 20 systems developed by him have been promoted and used in agricultural and forestry systems in Zhejiang, Guangxi, Guizhou, Anhui and other provinces and the whole country. He has presided over or participated in 3 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Plan projects, 2 Zhejiang Provincial Education Department projects, 1 Lin'an Science and Technology Plan project, and presided over or participated in 7 provincial and ministerial projects such as the National 863 Project, the National Natural Science Foundation Project, and Zhejiang Major Science and Technology Special Projects. He won 3 second prizes and 2 third prizes in the Liang Xi Forestry Science and Technology Award, 1 second prize in the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 third prize in the Zhejiang Science and Technology Award, 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes in the Zhejiang Science and Technology Forestry Award, and 1 third prize in the Lin'an Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published more than 50 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and international academic conferences, and has registered 21 national computer software copyrights.

Hao Liang, born in March 1994, is an Associate Researcher and Deputy Director of the Plant Phenotyping Institute at Zhejiang A&F University. He earned his Ph.D. in Engineering from China Agricultural University, where he also completed postdoctoral studies. Liang is a core member of the National Key Laboratory for the Exploration and Utilization of Forest Food Resources, a Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Commissioner, and a Visiting Researcher at Zhejiang University. He also holds positions as a Distinguished Researcher at the Zhejiang Provincial Institute for Rural Revitalization, a core member of the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Plant Germplasm Resource Conservation and Utilization, and the Head of the Yuyyao City Doctoral Innovation Station. In addition, Liang is an Associate Researcher at the Green Development Research Institute, the Ecological Civilization Research Institute, and the Carbon Neutrality Research Institute at Zhejiang A&F University. He is a member of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering, the Chinese Society of Agricultural Sciences (Smart Agriculture Division), the Chinese Society of Soil Science, the Chinese Forestry Society, the Zhejiang Agricultural Machinery Society, and the Zhejiang Soil Health Technology Innovation Alliance. Liang is also an Associate Editor for Modern Agriculture, a Youth Editorial Board Member for Plant Phenomics, and a reviewer for journals such as Industrial Crops and Products, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Smart Agriculture. Liang's research primarily focuses on smart agricultural information sensing technologies and equipment, digital agriculture, the agricultural Internet of Things (IoT), and multi-source spectral sensing and analysis for soil-fertilizer-plant systems. As a project leader, he has overseen more than 10 provincial, ministerial, and horizontal projects, and has participated in key national projects, including the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program and the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Plan for International Cooperation. He has also contributed to projects from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Liang has published 10 SCI/EI research papers related to spectral detection, and holds 3 authorized invention patents, 3 utility model patents, and 20 software copyrights. The equipment he developed has been certified by the National Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, generating over 1.2 million CNY in revenue, and has been applied in nearly 10,000 acres of organic fertilizer return to soil in Zhejiang Province and Northeast China.
