The research group is primarily dedicated to the study of heterogeneous supramolecular chemistry and materials. Current interest focus on utilizing macrocyclic and cage molecules as fundamental building blocks to construct two major categories of supramolecular functional materials—porous liquids and nonporous crystals—guided by supramolecular chemistry principles.
