Jiaqi Huang Professor National Clinical Research Center for Metabolic Diseases,Central South University
Jiaqi Huang received her Ph.D. from Karolinska Institutet, and completed the Postdoctoral training at the National Cancer Institute. As first author/corresponding author, she has published in top tier journals, including in 《JAMA Internal Medicine》(2024, 2020),《European Heart Journal》(2025）,《Circulation》(2022), 《Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy》(2023),《Circulation Research》(2019, 2018),《Nature Communications》(2021),《JNCI J Natl Cancer Inst》(2020), 《Cancer Communications》(2022), et.al.. Her research experience has enabled applying rigorous study design and comprehensive statistical analytic skillset, as well as implementing state-of-the-science technologies through cutting-edge epidemiologic research projects within various data sources from large-scale studies, including nation-wide registers, large prospective cohorts, multi-cohort consortium and clinical trials. Her lab focuses on chronic disease prevention and risk prediction, etiology of chronic diseases and autoimmune diseases, and relevant key factors including human nutrition, metabolic risk factors, high-throughput metabolomics, multidimensional exposure factors and etc. Dr. Huang also serves as an Associate Editor at BMC Medicine (IF=9.3), Cardiovascular Diabetology (IF=9.3), and Science China Life Sciences (IF=10.4).
