Bao Ge Prof.
Introduction : Bao Ge is a professor in the School of Physics and Information Technology at Shaanxi Normal University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the School of Automation at Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, he served as a visiting scholar at the University of Georgia. His research focuses on neuroimaging, using various neuroimaging techniques such as T1, T2, DTI, fMRI, and EEG to investigate the structure and function of the brain, which provides methods and tools for research on brain diseases, cognition, and education. Currently, he has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two by the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and one by the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education. He has also been involved in several other research projects. He has published over fifty papers in top international conferences (MICCAI, IPMI, ISBI, ICME, IJCAI) in the field of medical imaging, as well as in leading journals (Neuroimage,Cerebral Cortex, Medical Image Analysis, Frontiers in Neuroscience, IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, Neuroimage: Clinical, etc). He has given six keynote speeches at conferences, and his paper at MICCAI 2011 was nominated for the "Young Scientist Award." And he holds multiple related invention patents.
