Pan Fang Researcher, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, CAS Mass Spectrometry-Based Glycoproteomics and Glycobiology
Leveraging the interdisciplinary advantages of bio-mass spectrometry, chemical biology, bioinformatics, and glycobiology, new high-sensitivity, high-throughput glycoproteomics technologies are developed. These technologies are used to study the functional mechanisms of protein glycosylation in neurodegenerative diseases and to develop glycoprotein biomarkers for early disease diagnosis.
