Professor, Dalian University of Technology/Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Science. My main research thrust lies within bioinformatics, medical knowledge graph and drug discovery. My group has published more than 40 peer reviewed articles at high-profile journals including Nature Medicine, Drug Resistance Updates, Nature Communications etc. Our work has been reported by state media such as official website of Natural Science Foundation of China.

1. Bioinformatics We are interested in the development of various bioinformatics tools and database (J Comput Chem, 2013, Cover). 2. Knowledge Graph We developed the first knowledge graph for cancer immunotherapy and subsequently developed the innovative TCM formulation (BMJ sister journal, 2020; CFDA registration: 2021927142034). 3. Drug Discovery We are interested in the discovery of small-molecule drugs (J Med Chem, 2020) as well as drug repurposing (Chem Sci, 2015; Nat Med, 2018).
