From the macro to the micro and from 3D to 0D, working with students and collaborators, I have systematic research and knowledge about organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskites. Metal halide perovskites materials are interesting semiconductors and promising the next generation photovoltaic and luminescent materials. We are able to create novel perovskite crystal materials and carrier transfer layer materials for perovskite semiconductor devices continuously, and this is our biggest advantage. These new organic or organic-inorganic hybrid materials greatly enriched the types, construction and possible photoelectric functions of perovskite devices, and this is also very important to understand the mechanism and regularities of their photovoltaic conversion, displaying and luminescence. So, our research works are evaluated to be creative, inspired, constructive and meaningful by reviewers and lots of counterparts.
