The research group is located at Sun Yat-sen University's Shenzhen Campus, which boasts a comprehensive range of disciplines, well-equipped research platforms, and active cross-disciplinary research. The Shenzhen Campus is situated in the Guangming Science City, an ideal location for living, studying, and scientific research. The surrounding area is home to world-class research facilities (e.g., China Spallation Neutron Source, Shenzhen Integrated Particle Facility, National Supercomputing Center Shenzhen, Materials Genome Facility, Facility for Research on Special Environment Materials, Devices, and Applications, Brain Analysis and Brain Simulation Facility, Precision Medicine Imaging Facility) and new research institutions (e.g., CAS Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, and Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory).
