Introduction :
Dr. Yi-Jun Xu is a full professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), a globally highly cited researcher in the field of chemistry by Clarivate Analytics, and a highly cited researcher in China according to Elsevier. Currently, he serves as the Editor of Molecular Catalysis and Catalysis Communications, an Invited Editor of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), the Associate Editor of Journal of Photocatalysis, and the editorial or advisory editorial board member of multiple journals including Industrial Chemistry & Materials, PNAS Nexus, ACS Energy Letters, ACS Applied Nano Materials, Green Chemical Technology, ACS Physical Chemistry Au, Transactions of Tianjin University, Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry, and Chinese Chemical Letters. He has published more than 250 papers in the journals such as Nature, Nature Photonics, Nature Sustainability, Nature Communications, Chemical Reviews, Chemical Society Reviews, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie, Chem, ACS Nano, ACS Catalysis, ACS Materials Letters, Chemical Science, Applied Catalysis B, and Chinese Journal of Catalysis. His research group works in the area of Energy/Environmental Catalysis and Artificial Photo-Synthesis, including but not limited to: 1.Cooperative photo-redox catalysis; 2.Organic synthesis; 3.Small molecules (e.g.,C1) catalysis; 4.Upgrading of plastics/environmental waste and biomass; 5.Clean energy; 6.Mechanism investigations.
