Our team has mainly been studying African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV), Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus (PRRSV) and other animal viruses, involing in viral infection, viral immune escape and pathogenesis. Using knockout mice as model, we also investigate the molecular mechanism involved in the escaping from host innate immunity of human diseases-related pathogens.
