1)表型、行为与神经精神疾病的遗传学基础、表观遗传学/突触可塑性/神经环路机制;

2)应激、成瘾的神经环路研究;

3)基因和表观遗传治疗、神经和网络调控在神经精神疾病中的调控作用;

4)应用Patch-seq技术解析大脑,并拓展其在神经/精神疾病中的应用。
