Pan Xu Professor Organic Synthesis & Radical Chemistry
Pan Xu obtained his B.Sc. from Soochow University in 2012 under the supervision of Prof. Daqing Shi. He earned his Ph.D. at Nanjing University in 2017, working with Prof. Chengjian Zhu. During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting scholar (2016–2017) at the University of Münster, Germany, under the mentorship of Prof. Armido Studer. He then conducted postdoctoral research at Boston College, USA (2018–2021) with Prof. X. Peter Zhang, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at The University of Hong Kong (2021–2022) with Prof. Zhongxing Huang. In January 2023, he joined Southeast University as a principal investigator, establishing his independent research group focusing on organic synthesis and radical chemistry.
