At the beginning of the 2025 academic year, our research group held a welcome ceremony for new graduate and doctoral students to warmly greet the newcomers. This year, our team is delighted to welcome three new graduate students, whose arrival brings fresh energy and creativity to the group.

During the event, Prof. Yaping Chen delivered an inspiring speech. She began by extending her heartfelt welcome to the new students and gave a brief introduction to the group’s research directions and academic culture. Drawing from her own research experience, Prof. Chen shared valuable insights on how to set research goals, cultivate independent thinking, and maintain enthusiasm throughout the graduate journey.
