On September 21, 2024, the team-building activity of the Laboratory of Advanced Low-Dimensional Materials and Devices at Kunming University of Science and Technology was successfully held. This activity was led by professors and associate professors such as Professor Cai Jinming, Associate Professor Cai Xiaoming, Associate Professor Leng Chongyan, Associate Professor Ye Qianxu, as well as mentors Qin Ming and Sun Shijie. The aim of this activity was to strengthen team cohesion and promote communication among team members.

The activity took the form of a hiking adventure. First, the team members arrived at the picturesque Yiliang Sanjiao Cave. Sanjiao Cave is famous for its unique equilateral triangular sinkhole and is a mysterious camping destination. There are gurgling rivers on both sides of the cave entrance, and a winding path leads upwards. The lush vegetation along the way makes people feel as if they are in a natural forest oxygen bar. The interior of the cave is spacious and the terrain is flat. Both its height and width give people a sense of grandeur.
Subsequently, the team members continued their journey to Tiansheng Bridge, a naturally formed bridge-shaped karst cave. The cave hall is broad, with grotesque rocks and magnificent momentum, which makes people can't help but marvel at the uncanny workmanship of nature. Here, the team members felt the natural beauty of the strange peaks and rocks. Together with the scenery outside the bridge, it was as if they had stepped into a flowing poem and painting.

Finally, the team arrived at the colorful paddy fields in Maidichong. Walking along the paths in the fields, they felt the power of rural revitalization. Through this team-building activity, the members of the laboratory not only relaxed physically and mentally, but more importantly, enhanced their mutual understanding and the team's cohesion. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, everyone jointly discussed the challenges and opportunities in scientific research work, injecting new vitality into the future development of the laboratory.

The Laboratory of Advanced Low-Dimensional Materials and Devices at Kunming University of Science and Technology has always been committed to the research and development of low-dimensional materials, aiming to promote innovation and development in the field of materials science. The laboratory has a professional team composed of national-level talents, senior professors, and young scholars. Since its establishment, the laboratory has been developing at a high speed. The goal of the laboratory is to reach the domestic first-class and international leading level in this field.
